Since 1996, we are an IT consulting firm specialized in IT transformation and experts in IT Expense Management.
We work to improve the technical and economic performance of IT infrastructures.

Our consulting firm, specializing in IT production infrastructures, is a high-level expertise partner in the technical execution of your digital transformation.

We are independent of software vendors, integrators, and operators. Our agile and responsive teams operate on a human scale, allowing us to combine expert consulting with close client relationships.

25 YEARS OF IDEAS SERVING YOURS

In 2018, we became LUCERNYS. Why this name change?
First and foremost, because in a culture of business transformation, we too have undergone multiple evolutions.
These transformations are the result of our history, our encounters, our partnerships, the merging of our entities, and our shared convictions. They also stem from the evolution of our industry and the IT landscape, which has experienced multiple revolutions over the past two decades, shaping our journey.

Today, we embrace a strong identity that reflects our core values: LUCERNYS, derived from the Latin LUCERNA, meaning “the lamp.”
Our mission: to illuminate your IT decisions, serving as a beacon—a reliable and independent guide in a shifting and complex environment. We help you decipher offers, simplify challenges, and clarify solutions.

Two decades dedicated to enhancing IT systems

1996 - The company is founded

From the very beginning, Lucernys has developed expertise in IT infrastructure and positioned itself at the heart of CIOs’ challenges.

2000 - Founding of Consotel

In 2000, Consotel — which would merge with Lucernys in 2013 — was founded. It became one of the pioneers of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) in France.

2012 - International Partnership

We establish a partnership with seven other countries through Consultant Alliance, a globally integrated network of independent ICT consultants.

2013 - Launch of Beyondways

Tec-Ker and Consotel join forces to create Beyondways, a telecommunications expert.

2015 - Merger and Creation of a Comprehensive Offering

Tec-Ker, Consotel, and Beyondways merge all their activities into a comprehensive offering, supporting clients from end to end.

2018 - The company becomes Lucernys

Today, we become Lucernys, a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation.

2019 - Lucernys launches its FinOps offerings

FinOps: a new balance in organization, with FinOps insights, digital transformation can be effectively managed.

2022 - Lucernys and EPSA: An Alliance for CIO Performance

EPSA x Lucernys: Efficient and Responsible IT Performance to Support Business Goals.

2023 - Lucernys signs a partnership with Comexans

A local collaboration enabling Lucernys to strengthen its presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

2024 - Lucernys supports businesses in their Data & AI Governance

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the business world, offering unprecedented solutions to numerous challenges… but its adoption requires a major transformation.

OUR INTERNATIONAL FOOTPRINT

LUCERNYS is a member of Consultant Alliance, an integrated global network of independent consultants specialized in telecommunications and IT. Through this network, we manage large-scale projects for multinational companies while maintaining local expertise. While we specialize in global and regional projects, such as major telecommunications procurement projects, we also have the skills required to manage projects and audits at the local level.

Consultant Alliance executes projects across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

Typical projects of the Alliance include WAN procurements, regional fixed and mobile procurements, as well as cost reduction audits. From opening a new office in Brazil to auditing telecommunications across 50 countries, Consultant Alliance is capable of meeting all expectations.
