Resource delegation

After defining the service or deliverable, we provide our clients with trained, experienced, and rigorously selected profiles. Selected from our pool of candidates, constituted from Lucernys’ network, from our past or current collaborations or from professional networks, we check their references and validate their technical skills.

When a rare expertise or profile is requested, we cannot always respond with direct sourcing. To allow our clients to respect their imperatives and to complete their projects, we sometimes proceed to an external search within our network of partners from which we take over in order to finalize all the steps of the selection.

Transition management

We also assist our clients in the search for interim managers. Usually approached for restructuring, external growth or a large-scale project, they also intervene in the context of crisis management, whether situational or structural, and the resulting restructurations.

Over time, interim management has established itself as a solution within governance, supporting teams in the alignment of their respective challenges.
