The French leader in property management and real estate transactions called on LUCERNYS to develop and implement a telephony transformation program involving all the employees of its 550 agencies. This support to the deployment of a Unified Communication solution was the first step of the global digital transformation program of the group.
Management and deployment of a uc solution
To accompany this change, Lucernys was entrusted with the management of this program involving all the group’s employees over its vast network of agencies (550). The challenge was to deploy and adopt the new softphone solution of the group among all the employees while guaranteeing the continuity of the company’s service to its customers.
