Digital transformation program

The context

LUCERNYS has supported this client in the implementation of the digital transformation and the project buy-in of the internal staff.

LUCERNYS participated in the implementation of workshops to support the agilization of the organization: implementation of transition managers, DevOps, Agile Methods, Tooling and bench, Performance, Business repository, Products, DOSI, …

We also intervened in the sourcing of program management (SD-WAN, Mobility, Agility, Desktop, Studies, Business, Operations), in project management and in IS architecture.

Challenges:

  • Use technology as a strong lever for the development and performance of the group,
  • To face the business challenges specific to each company/business unit,
    Reposition the IT department as a partner of the business units and points of sale,
  • Propose an investment and IT cost control policy in line with the strategic challenges,
  • Consider the specificities of the group’s model, particularly in the areas of digital, point-of-sale IT and governance.

The results

This important transformation program took place on the customer side over 6 years (600 million euros), involving more than 1000 resources (IT and business experts). For the last 3 years, LUCERNYS has been actively and increasingly involved in the project by providing about 30 profiles from the Resource Center and by supporting the organization and deployment of the first 2 strategic projects of the transformation plan.
